Douglas Reichwein, president of Solar Energy Sense, a division of Wind & Water Fine Homes, Inc., brings a balance of technical knowledge and artistic ability to home design, building, and solar electrical installation. Dedicated to continually upgrading his skills and knowledge to better serve the interests of his clients, Douglas received his Solar Installation Certificate from Heatspring Institute and is currently enrolled in a program towards certification with the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP).
As a designer, Douglas draws on more than 30 years of “hands on” experience building homes on America’s East and West Coasts. A licensed building contractor, he understands not only where to place lines on a page, but also how those lines will influence every phase of the building process. And, as a studied fine artist, Douglas also understands how subtle choices made in symmetry, form and architectural style can greatly impact your home or business.
As a builder, Douglas is much more than a shirt and tie contractor. He not only expertly oversees a project, he also has first hand experience in almost every discipline. Douglas only works with other well trained and experience professional electricians and installers. And his intimate knowledge of the building process enables him to ask anticipate and avoid problems before they occur, saving your project time and money—ultimately adding additional value to your home or business.

Sheryll Hirschberger Reichwein has more than 30 years experience managing small businesses and nonprofit organizations. In addition, since 1989 Sheryll has taught communication skills to thousands of college students and business professionals throughout New England. A widely published author, Sheryll specializes in topics pertaining to creating healthy and harmonious homes and lifestyles.
